Maintaining my signage
For slate & slateboard:
On your smooth slate, we recommend the use of dry-erase, water-erase or alcohol-erase felts or specially designed chalk felts.
On your slate, use only specially designed chalk felts.
Recommendation: Wipe your slate regularly (every 15 days) with a soft damp cloth, then apply our NET'ETIQ® maintenance solution to renovate your slate or slateboard (instructions for use on the bottle).
Only by following these rules can we guarantee the longevity and durability of your product.
For wood (excluding frames):
A basic treatment has been applied in our factory. Wood, a living material, requires regular maintenance to preserve its originality.
Recommendation: Renew this protection regularly (1 to 2 times a year depending on exposure) with a polyurethane varnish.
For labels & price tags :
This product has been designed and manufactured in compliance with current legislation. To ensure that your product remains in good condition, we recommend the following care instructions:

Place your labels in a food-grade, degreasing, pH7-neutral detergent solution (e.g. washing-up liquid).

Clean your label with a soft bristle brush.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water and leave your label to drain.
To improve cleaning quality, the solution should be lukewarm, never boiling.
